Specialise in off-plan developer inventory and new project launches. Represent exclusive developer partnerships, host launch events and manage investor pipelines from first meeting to SPA signing.
Head of Business Development
Own strategic growth initiatives: new developer partnerships, corporate relocation accounts, and international investor roadshows. 7+ years real estate or B2B sales leadership required.
Luxury Rental Specialist
Manage premium short-term and annual rental portfolios across Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills. Strong relationship management skills and existing landlord network preferred.
Digital Marketing Manager
Drive our digital presence across SEO, paid search, social and email. Own performance analytics, lead generation campaigns and brand consistency. Property or luxury brand experience a plus.
